The Rotary Club of Katy presented $125,000 in Scholarships to 2023
graduates of Katy ISD high schools.  The 22 students were honored with
a dinner on July 20, 2023.  The funds for these Scholarships were
raised from the Katy Triathlon and the Katy Rice Festival.

Funding for Scholarships is provided by The Katy Rotary Fund, a 501(c)3 charity focused on education and providing scholarships for students from Katy ISD high schools.   The primary fund raiser for The Katy Rotary Fund is the Katy Triathlon, with 100% of proceeds going to scholarships.  The Katy Rotary Fund is pleased to see the return of this fundraiser in 2021, following cancelation due to Covid19 in 2020.  Additional funding for scholarships also comes from Rotary Club of Katy fundraisers like The Katy Rice Festival and The Wild West Brewfest.
