Gotta little volutneer action needed from you….. The City of Katy needs our help with Vendor setup on Friday, October 9th from 4-8 pm. This would involve directing vendors and NOT moving anything around. This is more on the coordination side. They just need bodies to help get the vendors in and set up quickly. Kaci has a small staff, and more bodies will definitely help. The City of Katy is grateful for taking time out of your evening to help them. This is only for 4 hours and for those that love to tell people what to do or where to go, this is definitely for you. Just kidding, seriously though, Kaci just needs people out there to help direct the vendors around. For more information contact Kaci: 281.391.8653 |

Update on Houston Methodist West
Oct. 29, 2026 11:45 a.m.
Carl Little is a senior vice president at Houston Methodist and the CEO of Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. He brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience within the system, including serving as vice president and COO at Houston Methodist Willowbrook, director of Business Development, and administrator in the Houston Methodist Physician Organization. Little’s appointment follows the retirement of Wayne Voss, who led Houston Methodist West for almost two decades. Under Voss’s tenure, the hospital saw significant growth, including a $247 million expansion project and national recognition for its care quality. In his new role, Little is committed to continuing the hospital’s mission of providing “unparalleled safety, quality, service, and innovation” while expanding services to meet the needs of the fast-growing Katy and West Houston communities. His leadership comes as Houston Methodist West is undergoing major upgrades, including a new 36-bed observation unit, four advanced operating rooms, expanded emergency department capacity, enhanced neonatal intensive care, and a modernized endoscopy suite. |
